Today I'm reflecting on a throwback memory that still makes me smile. A few years ago, I hosted my first ever cooking class in my downtown loft. The room was filled with the buzz of excitement, the aroma of spices, and the laughter of aspiring chefs trying their hand at fusion cuisine. Watching each of them create their own unique dishes and seeing their eyes light up with pride and accomplishment was a truly rewarding experience. It reminded me of why I love what I do and the joy that food can bring to people’s lives. What's a memory that still brings a smile to your face? 😊
