Helped launch a few NFT startups, some successfully. Football, London, family and friends.

A lot of admirable individuals have created their own job boards around their personal brand. But in many cases, they've grown tired of making updates and it's now a graveyard.

I think the best solution is communities sharing jobs and all kinds of opportunities that are relevant to their fellow members - I've started to see a lot of great opportunities being shared in private slack groups and discords.
