I joined a space discussion today about Web3 jobs, and two questions were raised: 1. How do you know if a project is legit? 2. How can I get a job if I don't have experience? Here are my thoughts: Point 1: Don’t just trust; verify. Consult with friends. If someone reaches out to you, it’s likely a scam. Point 2: Offer free value, stay consistent, and be active on X. Ask for referrals to vouch for your contributions and skills.

In my opinion, any form of 𝙄𝙋 π™‘π™žπ™˜π™šπ™£π™¨π™žπ™£π™œ, whether it leverages blockchain technology or not, inherently represents a form of centralization A Web3 IP licensing company, for instance, would still hold the authority to revoke, restrict, or impose conditions on the license, maintaining centralized control over the asset Licensing = Centralization Ownership and Privacy = Decentralization @mergez = IP + Ownership + Privacy Soon on @base @ethereum
