Fue emitida en 1930 con el objeto de conmemorar el CENTENARIO de la MUERTE de El LIBERTADOR SIMÓN BOLÍVAR.

Ese mismo año, el Gobierno venezolano ordenó el pago total de la deuda externa. Por este hecho, de manera extraoficial se asume que también conmemoraba el pago de la deuda externa.

It was issued in 1930 with the aim of commemorating the CENTENARY of the DEATH of El LIBERTADOR SIMÓN BOLÍVAR.

That same year, the Venezuelan Government ordered the full payment of the foreign debt. Due to this fact, it is unofficially assumed that it also commemorated the payment of the foreign debt.
