yeah but what will happen in that way with fake tips ? I think if the bot dont show all tips many people will start cheat with fake tips ?

The distribution decreases exponentially. 29,000 users have an allowance of less than ~300, while only 1,000 have more than ~300. So, it makes sense to me not to reply to them. If there is no bot reply and the tip is big, it's probably fake.
