Ethereum

the #1 thing that @solana has right now over @ethereum is people with money who are willing to deploy in a risk forward way at the edge and thereby push forward innovation. 

this is how innovation happens — but it's often messy in a way that can turn folks off (eg it's "just speculation"). but the lack of this means less capital bandwidth for ideas and experiments to both get funding and to break through into virality via price. memes and the innovation downstream of them are a prime example of this. 

if @ethereum wants to succeed, this needs to change — and we are seeing signs of it on @base, but it's still early and  we need a lot more help. 

so let this be a call to action: if you are someone who believes in Ethereum, holds significant amounts of ETH, and wants the economy to grow, now is the time to step up..

2024 was the year Base builders bullied Solana builders (including traders).  

In 2025, it will be the other way around if we don’t wake the fuck up.

One Week in Solana Trenches

- Traded, lost money, made more – thanks to $Flavia (still holding).
- If you're going to gamble, get ready – it's brutal.
- Reminded me a lot of the '19/'20 vibes.
- Builders are building, farmers are farming, dreamers are dreaming. This is driving a tremendous amount of attention and innovation.
- Product UX is better than current L2s (wallets, trading, minting).

Highly recommend giving it a go. 

personally: move 100x faster, master filtering, mid curve or deep focus (think and execution).
