Updated Area of Conquest cross-server PvP-event is live — for 4 days, groups of 4 Guilds with similar power levels will compete for resources, conquer settlements, and use their Heroes at the current power level on the event map! To join the event, you must be in a guild at the start of the event, your team level must be 30 or higher, you must have been signed up to the game more than 14 days ago, and your guild must be created before the start of the event.

There was a concern this year that blobs wouldn't generate any fee revenue for Ethereum. Reality: blobs now generate millions of dollars of fee revenue and show no signs of slowing down + more blob scalability is coming in future upgrades.

The Ethereum ecosystem thrives when there are strong interop standards in forms of ERCs. ICO boom and DeFi summer relied on ERC20. NFT mania relied on ERC721 and ERC1155. The rollup-centric roadmap is missing a ERC interface standard for rollup settlement bridges.

I sit on the House Financial Services Committee, which oversees the banking regulators. I am aware of no real limitation on the ability of banking regulators to de-bank law-abiding citizens and businesses without due process of law. The federal government’s unfettered powers of de-banking represents an insidious threat to civil liberties in America. Marc Andreessen raises a real issue that transcends partisanship.
