We believe that Sassicaia is one of the greatest wine creations of the century. It happens to be that it is also simply wonderful to drink. May it prosper through the new millennium. Bolgheri, a land between poetry and conviviality ART HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN EXPRESSION OF THE TERRITORY IN WHICH IT GROWS. Montiano is one of the winery's flagship labels, born from Riccardo Cotarella's passion for Bordeaux varieties and in particular for Merlot. In the Montefiascone area, the vine has found soils of ancient volcanic origin rich in skeleton and beautiful exposures at about 300 meters above sea level, which allow the creation of wines of great elegance. It is a complex and refined wine, with a dark red color and aromas of cherry, black cherry and blackberry, soft hints of vanilla, currant jam and nuances of sweet spices. The sip is enveloping, with silky tannins, a ripe fruit and a fresh finish. To be paired with grilled meat, roast red meats. I would be happy to receive degen and recast
