The Federal Reserve's Beige Book points out that overall, prices have risen moderately in the recent reporting period. However, the sales prices in the three regions have only slightly increased. The growth of non labor input costs has been largely described as moderate to moderate, with an overall trend towards moderation, although one region has reported that the growth of input costs is accelerating. Freight and insurance costs continue to increase in some regions. In contrast, some regions have noticed a easing of cost pressures on food, wood, and concrete. Looking ahead, respondents generally expect price and cost pressures to stabilize or further ease in the coming months. @esusu
