Who’s with me? I love coffee, but caffeine doesn’t love me back😅 So I often get stuck in this awful loop of low-quality life. But honestly, in this weather, I can’t resist an iced coffee!🥵

Oh man the caffeine cycle is real. I have my coffee early in the morning like around 7AM so it wears out by dinner time. I typically don’t have trouble sleeping but if I do, melatonin works or I do some herbal tea. 😅
