Block Packing is coming on Mainnet in less than two weeks 🙋

With Starknet v0.13.2, Starknet is introducing Block Packing, alongside Parallel Execution, which will allow for faster finality and more cost-efficient operations by unlocking more frequent blocks and optimizing gas consumption.

The Current Challenge:
Right now, Starknet's operating costs on Ethereum (L1) are around 215K gas per block. This includes 79K gas for SHARP to record each block's data and 136K gas for updating the state root in Starknet's core contract.
