What are some unconventional things you did on/ for your birthday that you loved?

This weekend’s been the perfect balance of going out and staying-in and as an ambivert (leaning a bit more towards introvert) I value that so much! As much as I like going out for coffee, food and meeting friends, man Do I need my alone time! Cozying up at home decompressing and recharging for the coming week 💪 🐣

I find it hard to understand how everyone is now suddenly into Matcha, reformer pilates and skincare disguised as selfcare. Like it’s suddenly your way of life?
