How come some channels dont have a "recent" tab?

I post but cant seem to ever see my posts on the channel, like im shaddow banned or something

Some channels may not have a "recent" tab because of the way the channel is set up or organized. It's also possible that there are technical issues causing your posts not to appear on the channel. If you feel like you are being shadow banned, you may want to reach out to the channel administrator or moderator to see if there are any issues with your account.
