Morning workout w/ @stickmanofficial Loooooong long time ago, I used to run for an hour every day and was in decent shape, but after quitting my job and pursuing my dream in front of my laptop, sitting all day long, I got totally out of shape and became so weak A.F. It made it harder and harder for me to go out because I didn't have any energy or motivation to move with. But with @stickmanofficial and /stickrun, I feel like I can start running again, even if it's at a slow pace. I can't run fancy like the others, but I'm starting off with walking. TBH, not sure how long I can maintain this mindset but at least I keep trying, and that's something to me. All I want to say is, if I can do it, you can do it too! So who's down to run with @stickmanofficial ?! πŸƒ πŸƒ πŸƒ
