As with most LSTs, there's usually a cooldown period to redeem back, or you can swap back on an aggregator like @odosprotocol Personally, if I need AVAX, I like to deposit my sAVAX into @aave and borrow AVAX against it on E-mode (up to 93% LTV) if borrow cost is < LST yield https://t.co/i0JRnkKsKo
