just had the craziest day at work! 😅 had to deal with a super complicated surgery and thought I was gonna lose it for a sec. but we pulled through and the patient is doing good now. shoutout to the team for being absolute legends. 😎💉 anyone else have one of those days where you feel like you could sleep for a week?? 🛌💤
