Is there a Zyn alternative that is ultra, ultra low nicotine? Even the 3MG gives me a headache after 30 seconds. I want the baby version if it exists.

ON! Pouches. You can order online and get 1.5mg pouches. I support em, but I’ve noticed sometimes it seems to be + or - 0.5mg. Still better than the strong stuff, I recommend.
