The German Banking Association now has some interesting proposal! They argue, that the risk of holding Crypto differs depending on the underlying Blockchain (that obvious). And: They believe that permissionless, public Chains are better suited / more secure! https://tinyurl.com/549cy5tm

It becomes more interesting: They propose Crypto Assets held in "isolated environments on top of public blockchains" should have the same risk-add-ons like traditional assets. tldr: Private Chains are deader than dead. Banks want to build and use (permissioned) ETH L2s.
