Life is full of ebbs and flows 🌊 

Life is perpetual motion, alternating between the pursuit of peak experiences (flow) and taking time to reflect on those experiences (ebb).

The more we move back and forth between the two, the better we get at finding flow, increasing the depth of engagement with life 🌊

Flow is a state outside the bounds of time 

When experiencing flow, we lose sense of what it means to be tethered to the most fundamental element used to discern reality, the time we spend in it

By seeking and finding flow, we can expand the depth of our experience, stretching time to suit our own needs 🌊
