Nothing is always beautiful, life runs in cycles, seasons, there are winters and springs. Is there beauty at every stage? Yes. But more often than not, you only see it after the storm passes, the snow melts and you find yourself on the other side growing, learning, better than where you started. Happens in every and all things.

Love this. 

And sometimes we have to really look for it. 

It can be so easy to get caught up in the negativity. 

For instance: I did have a pretty good day today, but on the way home from my parent's house, I got very overwhelmed and almost had a meltdown.

It was very stressful. But I found beauty in the fact my husband was able to support me by handing me his sunglasses, and suggesting I maybe put my earplugs in and put the seat down. His support made a world of difference.

Just a chaotic autistic adhder here to laugh, have a good time, grow, and engage in thought provoking conversation (pronouns are they/them)
