What is the best way to brush your teeth in the usual way (absence of gingivitis, etc.)? Position your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. Use gentle circular motions to brush each tooth, or two to three teeth at a time. After thoroughly brushing each tooth, flick the toothbrush downward, away from the gums.
