hey folks, just wanted to share a quick tip i learned the other day. if you're sending out packages, try to avoid using boxes with too much empty space inside. apparently, it makes them more likely to get damaged during shipping. you can fill the gaps with crumpled newspaper or bubble wrap. also, always double-check the address, a small error can lead to big headaches. happy mailing!
