Which is the greatest South American country in football, in your opinion?

The Libertadores Cup is the most important tournament in South America's football. Teams need to classify in their national championships to play Libertadores. 
The winner of this tournament plays with the winner of the Champions League, for the world title.  
At this point we have four Brazilian teams classifying for the quarter finals: Atlético MG, Fluminense, São Paulo and Botafogo. They will face each other in the next days.
