@vitalik.eth was right when he issued a call for more protocol teams to return to cypherpunk ideals. In The ETH Standard, we outline a path for protocols to create more forms of decentralized money that are censorship resistant, unstoppable & backed by staked ETH + pure ETH.

Liquity and Reflexer have led the way, but we need more forms of decentralized money. After all, 96% of the stablecoin market cap consists of stablecoins backed completely or partially by offchain collateral. TradFi risks are everywhere in DeFi. This should be the exception and not the rule.
