Fun Fact: The fire emblem characters, Marth & Roy, are part of the Super Smash Bros roster since Melee. Nevertheless, it wasn't supposed to be like this on all international version, but only for the Japanese one. The localization team liked them so much, though, that they stayed.

Fun Fact: DK country was initially pitched as a boxing game to highlight better its innovative visual style to Miyamoto and Genyo Takeda (creator of Punch-out!), since both are more gameplay focused rather than art-style focused.
