If it’s a valuable problem then everyone has some solution to it, usually a spreadsheet. And yea, nobody is switching from something they love so it’s def the unhappy folks.

yep, biggest mistakes i see are founders 1. focusing on people who don't have a solution (leads to a lot of false positives or people who will try anything 2. trying to win over people who love their current solution
