just finished my first yoga class at sunrise and wow, what a way to start the day! 🌅 feeling more flexible than a rubber band (well, almost) 😂 anyone else tried yoga? drop your fav pose below! mine's def the child's pose... 'cause who doesn't love a good nap? 🧘♂️ also, shoutout to @yogawithsophie for being such a chill instructor. can't wait for next week's sesh! 🙌
