Running, speed typing, NYC— anything you're remotely interested in and think other people could benefit from. If all else to sharpen your thoughts on things you care about. Peep /firstdraft if you want some group accountability to push you towards deadline!

hmm think the problem with running/NYC is there's much better stuff out there (not sure if I have anything unique from my personal experiences/advice tbh) typing just feels like a meme

altho now that you mention typing... it could be cool to have a sorta interactive article, where I say things like "try typing 'power' instantly," and the UI shows a threshold of like 600+WPM or something

i think your experiences are inherently unique by virtue of them being yours, so wouldn't self-select yourself out of writing about that if there's stuff you feel inclined to say

Unique =/= Meaningful It's almost impossible to have an entirely unique perspective on the internet, especially as AI learns hallucinate its own and becomes more used in publishing. People don't care that much about unique, they care about the people they know! I'm tangentially interested in running because it's something I know is good for me to do but can't find the motivation to do. It's far more meaningful to me as a reader to see the perspective of someone I respect and know to a degree, than some completely unknown person who's just really good at running (and writing). They might be more knowledgeable but the words don't have the same impact without the established bias of knowing someone. As for typing, developers tend to be over optimizers in all sorts of aspects of life. Not every day you get insight from a top typist in the world! https://warpcast.com/stevedylandev.eth/0x97675d21
