In a case of corporate espionage, two high-ranking Coca-Cola employees, Joya Williams and Ibrahim Dimson, attempted to sell company secrets to Pepsi for $1.5 million. However, instead of taking the offer, Pepsi notified Coca-Cola and the FBI. The FBI then used undercover agents posing as Pepsi executives to catch Williams and Dimson in the act. The sting operation led to their arrest as they were caught red-handed with the documents and a vial containing a chemical formula.
