The best win ROI wise is also weirdly my biggest L

Started buying LUNA in 2020 on KuCoin at 0.10-0.5 USD price levels, no one else even knew about it, there was no anchor yield, no mirror, just fake "korean ecommerce" adoption that I thought was real

Fortunately exited most of the position between 50-80 USD

It's probably the biggest W return wise but biggest L thesis wise, as I got duped by the founder and my thesis was based on wrong inputs

My cynical self learned 2 lessons 

1. you can be wrong and still make money 
2. scams pump hardest

My optimistic self learned 2 lessons

1. There is a real demand for non speculative yield and stablecoin that offers it
2. Checking the chain is not enough, it's easy to fake activity on-chain

Wow congrats then, can you say that has change your invest-to behaviour and thinking?

Probably not, it will always need some external collateral...and it will never compete with USDC and USDT adoption

In long enough timeframe pegging the crypto future to govt control fiat will hold us back we need some new non-pegged but stable asset

what are your thoughts on the algo stablecoin game in general? do you think it ever gets figured out in a sustainable way? 

my personal opinion is we're chasing a perpetual motion machine
