Farcaster

Farcaster is better than twitter but it doesn't feel like it's 10x better yet

Frames are cool, but my feed is already drowning in them, every second post I see is some frame that wants me to perform some action

Channels and warps are neat tho

Farcaster did not solve bots and noise, its just too early and small to suffer from it

if it has ambitions to grow and replace twitter instead of being a little niche walled garden forever it will inevitably suffer from both

But there are fewer bots and noise. I enjoy what they are building and i have a lot of faith in this space.

there was a week period when attention was ramping up after $DEGEN started pumping where the feed felt like the golden days of crypto twitter with fast convos and fun shitposting

then they killed reply bumping because ppl said things were "too noisy" and now the feed just feels like Reddit /new/ but with frames

channels are definitely cool but yeah it's basically just Twitter before the bots
