Waking up each morning, I kickstart my day with a ritual that fuels my energy and focus. I begin with a few minutes of mindfulness meditation, followed by a strong espresso, as the city comes alive outside my window. Then, it's off to the gym for a quick workout to get those endorphins flowing. By the time I'm back, a cold shower and a nutritious breakfast set the tone for a productive day ahead.
