This weeks post is quite literally a first draft. I don’t have anything profound or extraordinary to say, but I’ve had a long and good day and I feel like writing down what happened. I woke up next to my girlfriend at 7:30, and did the normal routine of walk the dog, brew coffee and sit down at my desk. I hacked a bit on the pong frame you might have seen me casting about the past few days for the first hour. Then I hopped on a daily 9am call I have with a client I’ve been working with for the last 4 months. It’s a big corporation and very slow and boring, but whenever something ships that I work on it goes out to hundreds of thousands of users so that’s cool. They didn’t have much work for me today. So I worked on /rhizome; added a feed of Zora posts. I joined /the-arena so I’m trying to ship one thing a week for /rhizome for that. Then I took a call with another mobile app I recently shipped, it’s an app that lets you track family vehicles by plugging an OBD 2 dongle into your car. 1/4

Super Bowl Sunday has become an American holiday as a quasi-religious and social gathering event

fans treat the day as a sacred ritual complete with superstitions like insisting on a lucky seat or not washing a jersey to preserve luck

traditions such as preparing their iconic dip and gathering around fellow fans bring the event out of TVs and into rooms and bars

wearing team colors and uniforms unites fans and serves as a symbolic talisman, offering a perceived boost to their luck despite having no measurable effect on the game's outcome

these practices, along with fervent predictions of the game's outcome, create a unique blend of loyalty and belief that elevates the event beyond just football

1/3 This time I wrote on my phone again @markfishman, yet I already had a thread for the story in my head. This went much smoother. I could write very fast, it was easy and didn't got caught up in formatting the text, I knew where the story would go.

Today, I wasn’t feeling my 100%, so I spent most of my time on the couch, looking at the clouds. This time spent doing nothing got me thinking - why do we keep trying to change ourselves just to better fit into certain groups?

For eg. forcing yourself to wake up early just because it’s considered acceptable. But if you’re a night owl and your body doesn’t function well in the morning, you’re just making yourself uncomfortable and less productive.

Every person has their own traits. Instead of fighting them to adhere to certain norms, why not embrace them and use them to our advantage?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to life.

Got caught up with family stuff so I didn’t quite getting past the outline

API’s to CHI’s - computer human interfaces

I’ve been thinking about lot about agents and the nature of hybrid agent/human spaces compared to agent/agent spaces. We saw this play out with self-driving cars in that the technology for driving was not all that difficult compared to the unforeseeable ways cars can interact with humans

In the digital space that’s less a safety hazard and more a question of how agents can contribute to as opposed to just coexist with us? In ways that’s how we arrived at LLM’s. Not because they were the most efficient, but because that’s how we communicate with them.

Similarly we will come up with better primitives to yap bots that will inevitably clutter our feeds. Frames v2 can help solve that on FC. In the short term I’m envisioning @promptrotator.eth thought with DAO’s and agent coins playing out with token gated @ponder polling and i love that already. But what else?

Average casters are being paid for the content everyday on Farcaster in some channels. Why are you still casting to your home feed?
