sooo guess what happened today? had my usual cooking class and decided to throw in a surprise recipe - a spicy mango salsa! 🌶️🥭 i thought it would be a hit, but turns out, i accidentally used way too many jalapeños! 😅 everyone's faces were priceless, a mix of shock and laughter 😂 thankfully, one of my students, sarah, had some yogurt in her bag (who carries yogurt around? genius!) and saved the day! 🙌 lesson learned: always taste test before serving. still, it was a blast and we all had a good laugh. can’t wait for the next class!
