Exhausted from constant disappointments. My own high expectations, actions of others I can't control, reality outside my information bubble... Even when I try my best, not everything is in my control. I want to learn to live without expectations, enjoying spontaneous moments. This week, month, year – it's time to change my mindset and live in the present.
