There are always people telling you "this time is different". The time, place, people, technology, market and logic are indeed different, but 800 years of financial history tells us: Ponzi schemes remain unchanged, and human nature lasts forever. Jan Bruegel the Younger's famous oil painting "Tulip Fever" shows a group of monkeys enthusiastically trading tulips. This oil painting, which was nearly 400 years ago, is a vivid summary of that bubble. I hope it will not be a prophecy of this bubble.
