Dutch baby. A German-style pancake that’s crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside: the edges puff up dramatically, with a texture similar to cream puff pastry. You can top it with anything you like—there are many variations. ダッチベイビー。ドイツ風のパンケーキで、外はカリッと、中はふわっと：縁が大きく膨らみ、シュークリームの皮のような食感です。トッピングも自由で色んな種類があるよ。
