>Rarity by Popularity: Frame rarity is determined by the number of mints during each 60 second window. @shl0ms What does this mean? Is there a rarity value to the NFT itself, like the more minted the higher the "rarity" value is? Or is this simply that if less people minted the frame the more rare it would be?
