I think it's too simplistic and could lead to dramatic shifts in scores as users slip out of the 60 day rolling window. IMO a better option would be to weight interactions by age. For example, a ❤️ like you received yesterday from Bob would count more than a ❤️ like from Bob 69 days ago. Something like this would achieve the goal of measuring "current social capital" and avoid scenarios where users' score suddenly drop off a cliff due to a high-score user falling outside an arbitrary time-window.
