Agree. Which is why many people don't consume it 😅 I've also watched news channels on the Pakistani side and whilst the language often is slightly more respectful, the quality of journalism and reporting is at par. The only difference perhaps is Indians don't watch (or have access to) Pakistani news channels.

The Print is good. I still found NDTV to be the more sane and reliable live TV news when it came to updates from the India Pak conflict. I even dared to watch Pakistani news channels. The level of denial there was surreal 😅

The bias in nuances is evident and frustrating however if given a choice, I'd watch CNN over any of the news channels in India. Miss the old NDTV 🥲 That being said, over the years Indian foreign diplomacy has made improvements in bringing facts to the table.

It was in response to a terror attack on April 22 where civilians were targetted. A Pakistan based terror outfit claimed responsibility for it. Pakistan for its part, denies any involvement and says it’s a fabricated chain of events. It is however hard to digest that Pakistan has not been harbouring terrorists for all this while 🫤
