I am such a person that 4-5 hours of sleep is enough for me, but I need perfect silence in the apartment. I made soundproofing in the bedroom and didn't put anything but a bed in it. Then I got married, my wife understood and accepted my peculiarity. Then I had a baby and it became very difficult, children all wake up at night and it's normal.
Okay, we found a way out - I started going to the countryside and sleeping there.
