If RE/CRE liquidations could occur in an orderly fashion then, in theory, the banks could survive from CMHC, etc., As RE/CRE is in such extreme bubble valuations, based upon flywheel use of credit, it’s not possible to be orderly. Ex: forthcoming ene-way ticket defaults.
