These states have 0 tax to maybe at best very very little(not sure about 2 canadian teams if its 0 too but its very low) So if a Star Player signs an 7 or 8 year deal with another team like Montreal, Anaheim, Toronto, Ottawa, their AAV would be a lot more becuz of Taxes. Fix this

Low-tax states like Florida and Texas can offer higher AAVs.
