Episode #38 is with @fffflood 

this was both the first episode i recorded while sitting (as opposed to walking) and the first in which i enjoyed a scotch on the rocks. fffflood told me he was having a whiskey as i walked out the door so i figured i'd turn around and join him. we recorded on a friday at 5 o'clock somewhere.

anyway, it was great to get to know fffflood's story, to talk about some of his work with clients like clanker and what he's doing with operatingsystem.io, and to learn about the "discovery" process he goes through when helping organizations develop their unique brands.
