I’m reaching out because my account on Bybit has been locked for almost five days with no support resolution, and I’m now in a critical situation:

•My account is locked with an active $degen position.
•I’m unable to buy the dip and must watch as the market moves unfavorably.
•One of my positions is a perpetual contract, and I’m at risk of liquidation due to this delay and their apparent incompetence.

As a proud member of the Degen community (with locked 1,500,000 $DEGEN since July and owning Degen.eth ENS), I’m asking for your help. 

Is there any way you could assist or escalate this matter?
