It can mean you made a smart contract and made the photo mintable by others

AND

it can mean, you minted an edition of the photo from the contract

Artists can mint their work for others to buy, it’s fairly common. The difference tends to lie in which stage the token and actual visual image is created. Do buyers create the token on purchase? Or do they purchase an already created token?
