For the past few years, I’ve had really bad period pains and cramps - to the point where the first few days were just a dark cloud but last month i didn’t get any cramps and didn’t need to take pain medications here’s what i’ve been doing:

-10K steps a day -NO COFFEE (substitute with matcha) -homemade ginger turmeric shots -NO ALCOHOL -SLEEP A LOT -LOTS OF WATER -LOTS OF FIBER -iron supplements -ginger tea at night -lots of green juice/veggies/real foods (NO JUNK) -if you feel cramps coming on, go and take a walk
