How do we get “Powder” points - simple hold mETH on the wallet we loot 10 “Powder” points per day - mETH deposit in EigenLayer or the same Karak via L1 gives 5 points per day - depositing mETH in EigenLayer or the same Karak via L2 gives 20 points per day
