After years of heavily stressing that there will be 0 cooperation with Germany’s fascist party AfD. Conservative CDU brought forth a motion in parliament, heavily restricting migration. This motion includes constants border controls and push backs of refugees, and is likely unconstitutional and defies EU-law. How did it get approved? Through cooperation with and votes from AfD. Consequently, 1.4 million people have protested all over Germany yesterday. This could be huge for elections coming in a few weeks. It could go either way: Will conservatives be happy to cooperate with fascists? Or will voters turn away from Germany’s biggest people’s party?
