**Have noticed a serious decline in quality at Unregular Pizza and Prince Street Pizza sadly

And two places from the "Amazing, but far away" category have opened up much "less far away" outposts!

Lucia Pizza Of SoHo and Mama's Too, welcome to the Village! These two places an likely my #1 and #2 favorites atm.

This one breaks my heart but I can no longer recommend it in good faith. I went recently and it was an absolute train wreck. I feel deep sadness about a place I held so near and dear.

RIP Dom. I hope you are still making pizza up there.

I take this back. Joe's is still great. And the Williamsburg location is absolutely delicious too and 100% worth a visit if you're nearby. The rest are still bad.

I hope you've found this thread helpful and feel free to share it with anyone coming to NY. It should remain evergreen and I'll continue to update it over time.

Recast the first Cast to save those poor souls from eating bad pizza.

There seems to be a trend of Brooklyn places opening up a second location in Manhattan.

You no longer need to head to BK to enjoy: Aces Pizza, L'Industrie Pizza, and Williamsburg Pizza

would add in Emily as well .... known for the burger but one of the best pizzas in the city
